Materials you will need to knit Square Monster toy:

• DK yarn in green, black and white (weight: 200 m in 100 gr)
• Knitting needles – 4 mm (US size 6)
• Poly-fill for stuffing the toy

The pattern is designed for beginner knitters. All of the pieces are knitted in flat with a set of 2 knitting needles.

Required skills: Casting on and off, Knit, purl, increase, knit two stitches together, purl two stitches together, basic skills of sewing and embroidery (to make eyes)

The toy is around 6.5 inches (16 cm) tall (the size of the toy depends on the size of the yarn and knitting needles as well as on how tightly you are knitting)

The pdf pattern guides you to make different pieces and then guides how to make up the toy. It is easy and fun to make this toy. The pattern is designed for beginner knitters.
