Mouse Alfie knitting pattern is designed for intermediate level knitters. Most of the pieces of the toy are knitted in the round. A 7-pager tutorial gives detailed instructions on how to knit Mouse Alfie and how to assemble. The pattern also includes instructions for the pants.

Materials you will need to knit Mouse Alfie:

• Worsted weight yarn240 m / 100 gr (262.5 yrds / 3.53 oz) in grey (120 meters/131 yards), white (72 meters/79 yards), pink (24 meters/26 yards) and a little of black for eyes; yellow (48 meters/52.5 yards), olive green (7 meters/7.6 yards) and a tad of red
• A set of double pointed knitting needles (5 per set) – size 2mm (US size – 0)
• A set of 2mm (US size 0) cable knitting needles
• A set of double pointed knitting needles (5 per set) – size 2.5 mm (US size – 1)
• Mattresse needle
• Polyester or cotton for filling

Required skills: Casting on and off, Knit, purl, increase (m1r, ) – knitting in the round and flat, knit two stitches together,  basic skills of sewing and embroidery.

The toy is around 41 cm (16 inches) long from tip of the head to the feet.
